THE BULLSHIT SIDE OF "RELIGIOUS FREEDOM"

Here's the bottom line. All these "Christian vendors," whatever you want to call them, don't want to opt out of serving gays for religious reasons. I mean, it's all just a lie. Instead, they're opting out because they don't like gay people.

Seriously.

As the Apostle Paul wrote, "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." That means EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER THEY SERVE IS A BIG HUGE HORRIBLE SINNER. Every single one of them. But none of these vendors refuse to sell their services to, say, divorced people getting remarried, or single people getting married who have had premarital sex, or drinkers or drug users, or people who have lusted in their hearts, or who have dishonored their parents, and on and on and on.

It's not about the Bible, Jesus, God, whatever. It's bigotry, plain and simple. I mean, it's really an impossible stance to take consistently, anyway. If you don't serve sinners, you have no business. But they can single out one group of sinners if the hate is strong enough, so that's what they do.
I just don't buy this "religious freedom" thing when it comes to stiffing gays. It's total bullshit.
