Republicans vow revenge for Democratic filibuster

Texas Republicans Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and House Majority Leader Tom DeLay vowed to make them pay for thwarting President Bush's nominee.

Hutchison said Senate leaders will force Democrats into all-night sessions if necessary until Owen is confirmed.

And DeLay, of Sugar Land, said the House will do its part to make Democrats miserable. "I'm not sure we want to give you what we intend to do, but you will see our fingerprints and our footprint in this fight."

Bring it on, assholes. It looks like the Democrats are becoming less timid, and it's pissing off the Republicans. Good sign. Mix it up!
